1 x 60 Minute Session = £80  

For those who wish to embark on a journey of transformation. Designed for individuals who are serious about change.  I will guide you through the process, work through what’s holding you back, and assist you in reaching your desired goals.  These session will include a free 30 minute follow up session to check in on your progress and address any issues to help you move forward.

3 x 60 Minute Sessions = £215

6 x 60 Minute Sessions = £410

Introduction to Mindfulness including a guided mindfulness practice
