Mindfulness

What is Mindfulness?

At Inspired Thinking, we use mindfulness to compliment our brain-based coaching and as a standalone service. Mindfulness is the practice of intentionally paying attention to the present moment (now), with an attitude of openness, curiosity, and without judgement. Instead of being caught up in the drama and worries of the past or future, mindfulness encourages you to notice what’s happening right now – in your body, thoughts, feelings, and surroundings. This is not ‘wishy washy’ stuff. It is supported by science and has been tried and tested in some countries for almost 2000 years.

Who is it for?

Anyone who wants to cultivate more presence, awareness, and balance in their life from children, to students, parents, professionals and elders. It is not limited to any particular age, culture, or background.
